FAQs for myTELUS SPORTS
Can I personalize the main Sports page? No, the main sports home page (mytelus.com/sports) cannot be changed. However, in the navigation on the top you can quickly choose the specific pages you're interested in: NHL, Canucks, Flames, Oilers and NFL, NBA, etc. (These reflect the primary interests of our visitors). How do I find the sports that interest me? In the navigation on the top you can quickly choose the specific sports areas you're interested in: NHL, Canucks, Flames, Oilers NFL, NBA, etc. (These reflect the primary interests of our visitors) Note that winter sports other than hockey - including curling, figure skating and skiing - are grouped on our Winter Sports page. Sports such as boxing, non-Olympics track and field and horse racing are grouped in our Other Sports page. To see everything in our Sports area at glance, you can also use our Sports site map. Where are sports like curling, figure skating and skiing? As we don't have specific news feeds for these sports, we've grouped them under Winter Sports. Where do I find college or high school sports stories? College or high school football stories will now be included on our NFL/Football page. Basketball stories are on our NBA/Basketball page, while college hockey continues to be included on our WHL/Other Hockey page. You can find all other high school and college sports on our Other Sports page. The NHL and CFL are very popular on mytelus.com - particularly for stories involving B.C. and Alberta teams. With editing resources in mind, we have chosen to group all Western Hockey League team stories in the WHL/Other Hockey page. We've made the same decision for B.C. and Alberta lacrosse and soccer teams. |
