Arrange a site visit with a TELUS network planner to determine servicing requirements for your site.
Let us know when you plan to open your show home so we can provision Internet and provide Internet-enabled equipment and marketing support. We can schedule training for your sales staff on the potential of a pre-wiring to increase the marketability of your homes.
Arrange a meeting with your electrician, electrical consultants and one of our technology consultants. We will provide a copy of our wiring guidelines discuss applications of the TELUS Future Friendly Home Media Box, and outline service details such as demarcation, jack installation, etc
Share your development timeline with us and provide us with a suite list so we can prepare to provision each suite.
Provide a completed BICS document to let us know when wiring is complete to ensure your project is "warmed."
Notify your Future Friendly Home Account Manager as soon as possible if the proposed occupancy dates change.
Undergo a site visit with one of our technology provisioning experts approximately one month before planned occupancy.
Notify us one month in advance of your residents' move-in dates, so we can ensure you have a special TELUS offer for them with your welcome kit.
