Q1: Where can I see what games you have?

View our catalogue for Play Pack and Arcade Pack online or within the Games Player for a complete list of games.

Q2: I am having trouble with a TELUS Play Pack game. What do I do?

Please notify us of the problems you are having by filling in our Technical Support form. We will have our technical support team investigate the issue for you and respond to you shortly thereafter.

All software, including service packs, are staged and tested before becoming available to our users. We will make every effort to notify you of any issues in our Known Issues section.

Q3: How do I update my sound and video drivers?

To update your drivers, contact the manufacturers, or visit the websites of your sound and video cards. Generally speaking, major card manufacturers will be available on the Internet, or can be contacted by phone. Check your card's documentation for details. Most patches are free downloads. See our updating drivers section in troubleshooting for more details.

Q4: What are ESRB ratings? What do they mean?

The Entertainment Software Ratings Board (ESRB) is an independent, non-profit organization that has developed a comprehensive rating system for computer, on-line and video games. The rating symbol tells you what age group the game is appropriate for. See our index of ESRB ratings.

Q5: When will more games be available?

We add new games on a regular basis. We know that our audience requires the hottest new games, and we'll do our best to satisfy that need.

Q6: Where do I find out what new games you have?

We post new releases on the Play Pack home page and on the home page of the Games Player. We also will post news about releases on What’s New.

Q7: Are there multi-player games (MMOG) available?

Our Play Pack service has a few MMOG games available. But please note, your subscription does not include any outside subscription fees or Product Key IDs that may be necessary to join the multiplayer features of a particular game title.

Q8: How do I delete a game from my computer?

To delete a Play Pack game, you must launch the TELUS Games Player, login, and then click on the “My Games” button. This list will show all the titles you have saved on your computer from TELUS Play Pack. Simply click on the Uninstall button (above “Play Now”) next to each title. This will remove the title cache from your computer and free up hard drive space.

Q9: I'm having a problem that was not mentioned here - what do you suggest?

Make sure that your system meets the minimum system requirements. If your system does not meet or exceed the minimum requirements, it will run poorly, or not at all. Shut down all other programs that you may have running on your system prior to playing. If problems persist, check our trouble shooting section or contact technical support.

Q10: What about bugs?

Visit our Help section for help with bugs for specific games or the Play Pack service.
