Sam Murdock, Hugo Lebel and Max Vrouven perform riffs calibrated to the minutest detail. The sound is reminiscent of the passion The Clash had, the metronomic precision of Bloc Party and the bluntness of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, skilfully reinvented as Lesbo Vrouven.
Eminently danceable, the inflamed rock sound of Lesbo Vrouven pours forth energetically on stage and unremittingly in their recordings. Spontaneous and unselfconscious, four months of melodic existence has brought them to share the stage with Lesbians On Ecstasy (Alien8 Records/Montreal), as well as garner invitations to several renowned events throughout Quebec.
