Home Networking

TELUS has pre-wired each suite to allow easy set-up of your own personal high speed Local Area Network. Voice and High Speed data ports are provided in each principal room, and when linked will allow you to set up your LAN so that you can share printers and other devices, as well as file sharing among computers in different locations. For a one-time charge of $49.95, our TELUS technician will connect the router or switch that you provide, and activate all of your LAN jacks.

Before you pick up the phone be sure to read these helpful hints:

• The first thing to do when you are experiencing any trouble is to restart your computer and retry
• When having a password error, remember that your username and password are case sensitive. Check your Caps Lock and retype your username and password.

Check your account usage:

• Visit My Account
• Log in by entering your username and password
• Click on "Usage Details". Your monthly dial-up and Webspace usage will be displayed.

To change your e-mail address or password:

• Visit My Account
• Log in by entering your username and password
• Click on e-mail configuration or change password. Then follow the instructions provided.

As a TELUS subscriber who resides at CityPlace you have access to the CityPlace WIFI Zone in your amenities building. To use, simply locate TELUS WIFI Network and enter your TELUS user name and password. You will be connected to the TELUS High Speed Network immediately.
